How to setup mods

1. Download the Valheim Plus bundle which comes with the mod injector and needed files:

https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/2323?tab=files

2. Drag all the contents into the Valheim directory folder

D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Valheim

3. Start Valheim and the mod loader should be loaded

If running into issues, delete the game and folders reinstall, and try again.
